Nouricha is an online store offering carefully selected Korean and Japanese skincare products. We focus on quality, authenticity, and ingredients that truly nourish your skin.
Are all products authentic?
Yes! At Nouricha, we only source 100% authentic skincare products directly from trusted suppliers in Korea and Japan.
Do you test your products on animals?
No. All products sold on Nouricha are from cruelty-free brands that do not test on animals.
Which skin types are your products suitable for?
We offer products for all skin types – dry, oily, combination, sensitive, and acne-prone. Each product page includes detailed information to help you choose the right product for your skin.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes! Many of our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for sensitive skin. Look for tags like “fragrance-free,” “hypoallergenic,” or “for sensitive skin” on our product pages.
How do I know which product is right for me?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Germany and the EU. If you’re outside the EU, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–5 working days. For other EU countries, it may take up to 7 working days depending on the destination.
How much is shipping?
- Within Germany: Free shipping on orders over 50€.
- EU countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Do you have a physical store?
Not yet — but we're working on it! Nouricha is currently an online-only store, which helps us keep prices fair and focus on curating the best skincare products for you. That said, we're excited to share that we're planning our very first physical store to bring the Nouricha experience even closer to you. Stay tuned!
Do you sell vegan products?
Yes! Many of our products are vegan-friendly. Just check the product descriptions for the “Vegan” label
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
We’re working on adding gift options and digital gift cards soon — follow us to be the first to know when they're available!
Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes! If a product is sold out, it’s usually just temporary. You can click “Notify me when available” on the product page or follow us on Instagram for restock updates.
